Help with Panic Attacks

This recording will help you to build up your confidence, as well as, guide you into a deeply relaxed and calm state. You will effortlessly absorb the many post hypnotic suggestions with a new sense of inner calm.

To get the most out of listening to this recording use a head set, etc. Sit or lie down where you will not be disturbed and close your eyes. Listen to the recording at least per day for 2 week and then as and when you want to.

Do not listen to whilst driving or using heavy machinery.
